These Terms govern your use of totosbotanica.com (the “Site”), operated by Sanya Garg, who runs Toto's Botanica as an individual (an unregistered venture in India). By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site showcases handmade crochet flowers and lets you send an order enquiry. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted, not a binding order, a confirmed sale, or a contract of purchase. No payment is taken on the Site.

2. Orders, quotes, and custom work

  • Prices shown on the Site are indicative and may change. They are not an offer of sale.
  • After you submit an enquiry, we aim to email you within 12 hours to confirm availability, the final price, and the timeline.
  • An order is only confirmed once we and you have agreed the details and price in writing (by email). Any payment terms will be set out at that stage.
  • Every piece is crocheted by hand, so small natural variations in colour, size, and finish are normal and are not defects.
  • Custom pieces are made to your brief. Please review the confirmation email carefully, as custom items may not be returnable once work begins.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the designs, photographs, text, logo, and the Toto's Botanica name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false or unlawful information, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use the enquiry form to send spam or harmful content.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
